Sales Representative

We are looking for a resourceful and sustainability-committed team member to join our sales team. In this role, you will be entrusted with converting incoming leads and inquiries, negotiating the deployment of CompoBots (indoor composters), and discussing related services directly with our (potential) partners.

Tasks:

Direct B2B sales of our company's services (focused on large corporate offices and property managers, for clients committed to sustainability)
Presentation and representation of Compocity's mission to new clients (converting leads into contractual collaborations)
Preparation and management of partner quotations and contracts
Consultation with clients regarding the service, products, and their applications
Maintenance of existing relationships and support for current clients
Preparation of reports for management
High-level, proactive collaboration with cross-functional areas
Continuous monitoring of traffic and orders (based on established KPIs)
Exploration of new opportunities and expansion of the client base

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in B2B sales
Technical sense and a sales-oriented mindset
Advantageous to have a background in property management or experience in shaping corporate collaborations, possibly in a consulting role
Excellent communication and networking skills that can be applied on the corporate side
Customer-oriented approach, problem-solving skills
Precision, accuracy, reliability, and the ability to represent the service credibly
Mobility, willingness to travel within the country, and openness to participate in international professional programs
English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication
Willingness to work in a team
Category B driver's license
